KCHS, KA spring sports face big 10 days

After a week off for spring break the athletic teams for Kemper County High School and Kemper Academy are looking to get back into action over the next 10 days.

Weather permitting the Kemper Academy baseball team is set to visit Philadel­phia today (Thursday), while the Kemper County High School softball team is set to host Columbus.

Friday’s baseball action has KA visiting Hebron Christian and Kemper County taking on Nanih Waiya.

This coming week the KCHS softball team hosts Louisville on Monday, be­fore visiting Newton on Thursday, March 31 and hosting Leake County on April 1.

The Kemper Academy baseball team is scheduled to host Sylva-Bay on Tues­day and visiting Newton County Academy on April 1. On April 2 the Rams host Clinton Christian.

The KCHS baseball team is scheduled to take on Choctaw County on Tues­day and Friday.

The Kemper County track teams is scheduled to get back into action on Tuesday when they take part in the Starkville Invita­tional.
