Happy 100th birthday

Kemper County Homemaker Volunteers recently honored one of its most loved and cherished members, Ms. Julia Inez Roberts Bailey.
Ms. Bailey celebrated her 100th birthday on September 17th. At 100, she’s still an active volunteer with the West Liberty MHV Club in Kemper County.
She attends arts and crafts meetings on Tuesdays, where members make home décor and work on various sewing projects, including quilts.
Bailey’s favorite projects are sewing, embroidery, and quilting. Ms. Bailey is pictured along with some of her gifts for the Homemakers.
