In honor of claiming back-to-back district championships, the Wildcats Athletic Booster Club recently provided the Kemper County High School football team with t-shirts proclaiming that special feat.
Booster club spokesperson Alicia Cole noted that the club members felt like it was important to recognize the team for achieving their goals.
“Congratulations to coach (Dicenzo Miller) and the Wildcats football team and coaches for being district champion two years in a row,” Cole said. “To show support they were rewarded with Back-to=Back t-shirts.”
Those donating to the cause were The Commercial Bank of DeKalb, the Citizen’s Bank of Philadelphia, Sheriff James and Dora Moore, and the Wildcats Athletic Boosters.
