Kemper students go to virtual learning

Posted

Effective Tuesday, all Kemper County schools will go to virtual learning platforms for the next two weeks.

This is being done as a precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Students who are currently in-person or hybrid learners, will be given instructions to participate in virtual learning.

During this two week period, the district will conduct intensive deep cleaning throughout the district for high touch point areas, cafeteria, transportation, classroom and office areas. Only authorized personnel will be allowed on campus.

Students and families who do not have internet access are asked to contact their school for further assistance.

In-person students will return to school on Monday, November 9.
