Kemper volunteers raise awareness about heart disease

Kemper County Homemaker Volunteers made grab-and-go bags to help raise awareness about heart disease and encourage people to live heart-healthy lives.
The bags contain heart health information, healthy snacks, and other goodies.
This event was made possible through a partnership with MS Tobacco-Free Coalition, Rush Healthy System, and the Partners for Kemper Foundation.
