MICKEY MOUSE PHOTOS
Children can have their photos taken with Mickey Mouse on Saturday, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.. The event is set to take place 160 Hopper Avenue in DeKalb,. It is across from The Commercial Bank. There will also be snowballs. Venders are welcome. The vent is sponsored by Community First KC and Reds and Sons Detail.
HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION
The Kemper County Historical Association will hold their meeting on Monday at 3:00 p.m. in the historical museum in DeKalb. Visitors are welcome.
BLUFF SPRINGS BAPTIST CHURCH

SCOOBA PLAYGROUND CELEBRATION
The official grand opening of the new playground behind the Scooba Town Hall has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 21 at 10 a.m. All are invited.

BEAVER CONTROL COST-SHARE PROGRAM
Applications are now being accepted by Kemper County SWCD for the Kemper County Beaver Control Cost-Share Program. The Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation Commission and the Kemper County Board of Supervisors have funded the program to aid in beaver control.
