Kemper man faces 35 years in prison

A Kemper County man faces 35 years in prison after a jury found him guilty on charges of sexual battery and incest last week.
Andrew McGraw, 55, was convicted in Kemper County Circuit Court. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the sexual battery charge and 10 years for incest. The case involved a vulnerable adult who was unable to consent.
The crime happened in August of 2017. McGraw was charged with the crime February 2018. It took the jury 15 minutes to reach its verdict.
