While we're staying safe by following social distancing rules, we have time to work on ourselves.

We can organize closets, cabinets, and drawers. We can purge those things we have collected and do not use. We can read books and write in our diaries or maybe even a story. We can organize all that paper clutter we tend to collect. We can create scrapbooks of all those pictures and memories we have collected in drawers. We can organize the recipes we have collected and clipped into booklets for easy use.

Here are some recipes we can add to your booklet. Just remember, a healthy lifestyle takes planning and moderation.
